    Hello, thanks for the email, would it be possible to actually recommend specific stretching exercises or provide a link to obtain these. Thank You

      Hi Jerry, this link will show you some stretches that should help. If any of the stretches give you any low back pain then stop immediately and give me a call. Happy stretching. Best regards.

    Re stretching...try tai chi or qigong ( pronounced chi kung). It can be as gentle or strenuous as you want to make it and brilliant for all ages and abilities! My back and neck problems have been much improved since I started regular practise. It has all kinds of benefits. Give it a go!
