Meet Eve, Associate Chiropractor

Newcastle upon Tyne Associate Chiropractor, Eve

A little bit about me

Hi, I’m Eve, a local lass who recently graduated from AECC University in Bournemouth. After five years of studying, I’m excited to be joining Forest Hall Chiropractic Clinic and returning home.

Outside of the clinic, you might catch me on a run – I ran my first marathon this year, and I’m always looking for other events. Running clears my mind and acted as a huge social aspect of my Uni life, especially marathon training with my best friend alongside classes.

I love nothing more than catching up with friends over a good coffee or enjoying a meal out. I also love to travel, so during appointments please feel free to natter on about your upcoming trips. Family time is also very important to me, and being home means I get to make the most of that again.

Why Chiropractic?

I spent my whole childhood in competitive swimming and athletics, and as to be expected, picked up a few injuries along the way. Chiropractic care helped aid recovery, kept me active and at my best functional performance for competing. So after trying and testing, I thought maybe I should start learning and applied to study chiropractic.

I’m passionate about helping people feel their best and can’t wait to meet patients old and new. If you see me around the clinic (or even out running!), please do say hello.

Clinic Aims

During university, I was lucky enough to take part in a paediatric placement, treating patients from just 2 weeks old up to 17 years. I loved supporting families as they adjusted to their new life, and working with babies, despite sometimes being thrown up on!

This experience inspired me to continue developing as a paediatric chiropractor here in the North East, alongside caring for my other patients.

Whether a delivery is straightforward or involves assistance, the birthing process can place stress and strain on a newborn’s muscles and joints, particularly around the neck and spine. Even in natural, uncomplicated births, the pressure a baby experiences as they make their way into the world can sometimes lead to tension or imbalances.

Chiropractic care for babies is all about supporting their growing bodies in the gentlest way possible. Techniques used with infants are very different from those used with adults, they are safe, soft, and specifically adapted for little ones. The goal is to ease any areas of tension and discomfort, help restore balance, and support healthy development from the very beginning.

Parents often find that chiropractic care helps their little ones feel more comfortable, supports feeding and sleep, and promotes overall wellbeing. If you’d like to know more, please call up, I’d be happy to help.
